EC/R has provided key support to the EPA in the development and implementation of numerous
air pollution regulations under a variety of air pollution regulatory programs. Our efforts have
ranged from very technical (estimating emissions, evaluating controls, appraising impacts,
assessing risks, etc) to programmatic (prioritizing program elements, developing model rules,
writing internal guidance documents, etc.). This gives us a unique perspective on these rules and
programs, encompassing both the big picture and the details. This experience allows us to
provide key assistance to you in understanding, implementing, and enforcing regulations under these programs. We have the experience and expertise to help you create new, or modify existing
regulatory programs for your agency. Below is a list of regulatory programs for which we have expertise.
We are specifically
highlighting four programs for a more detailed glimpse of our experience and expertise.
